Warranty for Engineered Oak Flooring (Ultra Premium)

Warranty Duration: This engineered oak flooring comes with a 25-year limited residential warranty and a 5-year limited commercial warranty.

Scope of Warranty: We warrant our engineered oak floors against manufacturing defects, including delamination, structural integrity, and premature surface wear under normal residential and commercial conditions when properly installed and maintained according to our guidelines.

Floor strips showing visible defects may not be installed at all. These planks can be exchanged at your local dealer at no cost. Planks with visible defects that are installed nevertheless are excluded from this warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

• Structural integrity of the flooring layers.

• Surface coating against wear-through of the protective finish layer, provided normal usage and regular care.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or exposure to excessive moisture or water.

• Damage resulting from extreme environmental conditions such as flooding, prolonged direct sunlight or any other causes as a result of force majeure.

• Scratches, dents, or damages caused by sharp & heavy objects, furniture, stones, sand, pets, etc.

• Changes in color or appearance due to aging, exposure to sunlight, room moisture content (MC) of below 45%, or normal wear and tear.

• Problems caused by subfloor inadequacies or failure to maintain proper environmental conditions (humidity and temperature control).

Warranty Claim Procedure: The warranty starts from the date of purchase. The invoice counts as proof of the date of purchase and only applies to the first owner. In the event of a warranty claim, contact our customer service within 14 days after detecting the defect with proof of purchase, photographs of the affected area, and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the flooring onsite to assess the claim.

Resolution: If your claim is validated, we will either repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) the affected flooring materials. The warranty coverage will apply to the replaced or repaired area for the remaining period of the original warranty.

Limitations: Our obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement, repair, or refund of the flooring materials only. This warranty does not cover labor costs or incidental expenses related to the removal, disposal, or reinstallation of the flooring.
